"through the looking glass" - urban outfitters, where you wished you lived

Urban Outfitters

Yes, a high street store, but Urban Outfitter's stores are good examples of architecturally savy high street retailers, who like the designer stores, creates some sort of architectural brilliance in parts of their shops. Having only been to the London stores I can not pretend to know if this is inherently ture, but like with most of these things, the images sourced from the internet show that the same splendour I found in London is repeated.

now that I look at them I fear that these stores might just be a more indier version of BANK.

I like the wooden hangers, use of light, shiny wooden floors, honey coloured hues and piles of pretty fabrics and materials. It's all good. I donnot like the American interiors as much though (all above european minus the lamp) (below American). It's all right but it feels like a billabong meets fat face throwback.
